Top priority considerations	- Accessibility and parking management : Uncomfortable accessibility, insufficient parking spaces - The physical environmental plan for the convergence of residential and tourist areas - Continuous improvement of living environment for village existence The physical environment plan should be accompanied by local government budget.
	2	- Aged housing, Insufficient public facilities - Mixed residence and commercial: Serious privacy invasion - Pedestrian-centered planning: Difficulty in walking at normal speed - (Residents) pollution of living environment, Tourist noise, Pornography, Lack of parking space: In the past, there were many problems, but not now. - (Tourist) insufficient green space, Steep road

Economical sustainability	1	- There was a tendency toward uniformity of industry due to the prevalence of expensive restaurants and coffee shops. - Tourisfication is in progress - Unequal Economical benefits	Top priority considerations	- Industry diversity and new job : It gives residents direct benefits such as important employment opportunities, income, and financial benefits. : Establishing guideline such as resident employment rate, industry type for income of local inhabitants → Government or local government intervention is required.
