Park facilities establish a comprehensive and rational plan for park facilities stipulated in the 「Urban Park Act」.

Non-park facilities should be planned in consideration of the topography of the site, the skyline, and the landscape with the surrounding area, and should be suitable for individual laws that fit the contents of the proposed project.

Galmatgil (including the main hiking trail) within the park is not cut off and its value is improved.

The land compensation cost, which is the standard for deposit, faithfully reflects the actual transaction price (Note: the average compensation price for each city park in Busan is 3.5 to 5.0 times the official land price).

The standards presented in the guidelines may change during the prior consultation, third-party announcement, negotiation, and project implementation stages, and the completed park may differ from the contents of this guideline.

For matters not specified in the guidelines, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s ‘Special Business Guidelines’ shall be followed.

Non-park facilities cannot be installed.
