Article 9 basic principles of planning

For private park special projects, the maintenance of public nature should be the top priority.

It should be possible to raise the status of parks and green spaces in Busan by creating park facilities and non-park facilities in harmony with the surrounding natural landscape.

A reasonable land use system should be established to maintain the harmony between development and conservation while introducing facilities of an appropriate size to match the local characteristics of the site itself.

The detailed guidelines for each park (Appendix-1) made according to the opinions of the roundtable must be followed in consideration of the results of the preliminary review and feasibility analysis.

Article 10 park facilities plan

A plan should be established considering the existing natural environment and historical resources as the top priority.

Park facilities should be considered for the convenience of local residents, and facilities for residents living in non-park facilities should not be installed.

Article 11 non-park facility plan

Non-park facilities should be planned in consideration of the topography of the site, the skyline, and the landscape of the surrounding area.

The non-park facility and the side adjacent to the existing residence should create a buffer zone to minimize interference with each other while maintaining connectivity.

It should be ensured that citizens’ walking paths (climbing paths, galmat paths, and school paths) are not cut off due to the installation of non-park facilities.
